Callisto is the first dematerialized restaurant specialized in dim sum & cocktails pairing. Whereas in Asia dim sum is traditionally served with tea, we replace it with homemade cocktails. Just as refined and no less aromatic, the cocktail brings almost endless combinations and this way of consuming it extends the experience of the dish.

The one where you can eat where you want it, when you want it and how you want it. We do not have a fixed restaurant dining room. Nevertheless we have explored plenty of ways to serve you food and drinks: we organize pop-up events in different locations, we send our mobile waiters to serve you at home at your own table, we’ll soon do warm deliveries for people who want to eat right away, and also frozen deliveries for the ones who want to eat later and still enjoy cooking a bit.
